In Dolores County, there have been questions regarding rent and evictions, including some confusion on where to go and what to do when faced with eviction.
In Colorado, the Housing Counseling Assistance Program is a free service to all Coloradans to be connected with resources such as financial and legal assistance when facing critical housing issues. The resource is available whether you are landlord or tenant in order to navigate options.
