If you received a Jury Summons for Friday, October 9th, 2020, that trial has been vacated.

You DO NOT need to appear. You DO NOT need to return your questionnaire to the Court.

If you have received a Jury Summons for Monday, October 26, 2020, you must still return your questionnaire and plan on attending.

Due to COVID-19, Please return your jury questionaire to the Court no later than Friday, October 16, 2020, however, it is recommended that you complete it and retruen it back as soon as possible.

If you have not submitted your jury questionnaire, and if you have not been notified by phone, please contact the Jury Commissioner at 970-677-2258 no later by Friday, October 23, 2020. At that time you will be notified if your appearance is required and at what time you must appear.
