Helen Mae Ernst

Memorial services for Helen Mae Ernst will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29 at the Dove Creek Community Center.

Helen was born October 23, 1926 in Leddy, Okla. the daughter of Nelson Dixon and Pearl Lena Clara (Steele) Monger. She passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 94.

Surviving Helen are her children, Dixie Mulligan (Mike) of Dove Creek, Colo., Rick Ernst (Berna) of Dove Creek, Colo., and Michael Ernst (Laurie) of Dove Creek, Colo.; 15 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren; and by her siblings, Cecil Monger of Mack, Colo., Pearlene Arpke of Mack, Colo., and N.D. Monger (Dorothy) of Clifton, Colo.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Harold Ernst; by her son, Ron Dean Ernst by her grandson, Von Ernst; and by her siblings, Beatrice Butt, Willadean Butt, and Betty Jordan.
