PUBLIC NOTICE

INVITATION TO BID

Dolores County Board of Commissioners will be accepting bids for the following:

30’ x 60’ Metal Covered Picnic Shelter w/cement floor. 
Dimensions of pad being 40 x 70 with building centered on pad 
Located at the Cahone Park 52367 Hwy 491, Cahone CO
Work to be completed by the end of 2020.

A 5% local preference will be applied. The County reserves the right to award the contract based upon factors other than solely cost. The winning bidder will be required to execute a standard County construction contract, which will include requirements for insurance, among other things. 
                 
There will be a pre-bid meeting on site, August 10th at 9:00a.m.

 Bid must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., August 27, 2020.

The Dolores County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Please specify “Sealed Bid” on the envelope.

Bids will be opened August 31, 2020, at the regular Board of County Commissioners meeting.
